Yin

A class focusing on stillness, meditation, and the breath where you hold poses for several minutes to fully stretch out the muscles and release the fascia. Perfect for any fitness level, this slow-paced class is great for promoting recovery and calming the nervous system.

Props Needed:

yoga mat, yoga blocks/thick books, bolster/pillows

Circuit

A fast-paced workout where a number of exercises are performed with short rest periods in between them. Designed to improve strength and build endurance at any fitness level, with limited space and equipment. Variations are offered to make this sweaty class accessible for many.

Props Needed:

yoga mat, weights (optional)

Mat Pilates

A rehabilitative type of movement designed to strengthen the deep core muscles, increase your range of motion, and help you tune in to your breath without putting pressure on your joints. Perfect for those recovering from injuries or working on building true core strength.

Props Needed:

yoga/pilates mat, yoga blocks/pilates ball, resistance band

Vinyasa

A sequenced flow type of yoga class that is usually centered around a peak pose. The pacing is faster and movements are synced with the breath, making this both a physically and mentally challenging class. Great for anyone who wants to work up a sweat while also improving on mobility.

Props Needed:

yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap/resistance band

HIIT

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a fast-paced, high-energy workout designed to build power and strength. A series of exercises are done at full power in
short periods of time with rest periods in between each. Meant to bring your heart rate up to its maximum faster, this class is explosive and challenging for any fitness level.
