Yoga Conditioning

An innovative way to train for yoga. Similar to circuit training, this class builds your endurance for challenging poses found in yoga, such as inversions and arm balances. The class is composed of drills meant to strengthen specific parts of the body and ends with attempts to get into the different poses. Great for seasoned yogis and newbies alike!

Rocket Yoga

A more condensed version of Ashtanga yoga that is fast-paced and fun! Originally designed to help yogis progress in Ashtanga faster, this class focuses on making the traditional practice more accessible and less about the ego. Perfect for yogis who want to try something new and beginners!

Ashtanga Yoga

If you’d like to try a more classical style of yoga, this age-old practice makes use of one set sequence and integrates Sanskrit as part of its teaching methodology. This a great way to tune in with the breath as you go through a challenging, rhythmic flow.

Melt

Need some good ol’ recovery? Grab your massage balls, because this class will give you a treat for all those knotty, tight areas that just won’t quit. Say goodbye to pent-up stress as you roll your worries away.

Core Flow

This tough hybrid class takes no prisoners. Get ready to work all muscles in your core--we’re talking your abs, thighs, glutes, and back muscles! You’ll build core stability and endurance, and feel the burn all the way till savasana!
